Scouts
Our Scout troop is a fun, active and adventurous group of 10½ to 14-year-olds who love to master new skills and try new things. Whether at the hut learning practical skills, out and about exploring the local area, or away on camp or at a District event, we’re always ready to have a go, make new friends and make a difference in our local community.
When our Scouts turn 14, they’ll be ready to move on and start the next adventure with our Explorer troop.
Activity Badges & Awards
Whether perfecting a passion or hobby or trying something daring and new, all our Scouts are encouraged to challenge themselves in all areas of life. Try your best, persevere and accomplish – whatever the skill they’re trying to master, we’ve probably got a badge for it.
FAQs
Our Scout troop meets every Friday 7-9pm during term time. Depending on our weekly activity, we’ll either be at The Hut, or out and about. Our timetable of activities is published on OSM and you’ll receive weekly reminders of where to meet and what we’ll be doing.
